Order: Draw a card of your choice, then move a card from your hand to the bottom of your deck.

Order: An ability triggered manually by the player. Cards with Order cannot be used for 1 turn after being placed on the battlefield.

The seal states clearly: do not open. But of course… curiosity will win out.
